Good idea but terrible quality

I bought this 2021 and was broken after 1 year. The linear system does not work and all items except dishes at the bottom rack remain dirty. I am going to buy a new one but I may not buy one from here.

39 days and waiting

delivered 11/18, 9 post purchase. it would not run. spoke to homedepot the same day. 2nd install team verified the water was on under the sink. conclusion - reached is a faulty unit. called samsung warranty 11/10 and 12/9 i am still waiting.

Love my Samsung appliance

I purchased the Samsung Tuscan Dishwasher, best investment I’ve ever made hands down. This appliance is so quiet, sometimes I have to doule check to make sure it’s on.

Not Draining

it ran ok for the first half dozen times, now it does not drain. error code whenever it attempts to drain. repair personnel from appliance store scheduled 10/27/20, 3 weeks after reporting the defect. i am hoping it gets fixed.

Stylish Quiet Dishwasher

Dishwasher came wired wrong and DANGEROUS

Received my dishwasher and when I had a plumber installed it, it arced my outlet and tripped my fuse box. Plumber discovered it was wired INCORRECTLY from the manufacturer. UNSATISFACTORY!!!
