this is the worst dishwasher i have ever owned. it is a sanitizer not a dishwasher. dishes have to be completely clean before being put in or they come out still dirty. love the color and it is very quiet but worthless.

Do not buy Samsung appliances. We bought a fridge, oven and dishwasher. It took 13 months for the dishwasher to break (warranty expires at 12) had to replace it. Our fridge has been giving us nothing but problems. Save yourself the headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my 3rd samsung dishwasher within 3 years. Customer service was average at best. This unit does a great job waahing but wish it dried better. This will be my last Samsung kitchen appliance.

Avoid buying this dishwasher, it doesn't clean well. Customer care suggested installing an air gap, which requires drilling into my quartz countertop.
