We bought a package of these the other day when I did not want to cook, and they were very good. I must admit that I didn't care a lot about the sauce that was used and added a BBQ sauce from a "famous" Arkansas BBQ restaurant. I will definitely purchase again.

Average. Definitely not slow-roasted to the point of falling off the bones. The flavor is probably from having to slather on a bottle of BBQ sauce. I understand that Sam's doesn't have to ability to provide best quality flavored ribs. If they did, they would need to start early and have multiple pits going to make the amount of ribs they do in a day. But if you are looking at cheap and decent tasting ribs then this would be my choice. If not, then go somewhere else where the meat truly does fall off the bone. Or just make them yourself.

Wow- These ribs are FANTASTIC! And my husband (who worked in a popular BBQ restaurant for 10 years) agrees! We like to re-heat these on the grill and add our own extra sauce to them. They taste like we’ve cooked them all day long but for only 15min of work (to reheat). And you can not beat the price! Sam's Club, these ribs are SO good- thank you!!! Highly recommend you pick these up at your next S.C. Run!

Always cooked well, but they don't have them as often as they used to. I believe they can still be ordered ahead of time, and I have them leave off the sauce when I do that. It is a semi-sweet sauce and I prefer spicy. They are still great with the sauce they use.

We usually keep a tray of ribs in the refrigerator and love having ribs whenever we want them. I do recommend covering them with your favorite barbecue sauce and putting them in the oven on low heat for awhile. They benefit from the additional cookig to get that tender fall off the bone texture.

Honestly the only thing I didn’t like was that they where kinda cold when I got them; I mean fhey where like kinda warm? I temp checked outside the store and got them as a last product so idk why they’d be cold but really great taste, best flavor around

Ribs were pretty tough and dry. I think they were cooked uncovered at a high temp, and the colligen was not guven time to break down. But, the high temp dried the meat to the bone, leaving dry, tough rubs. Reminded me of why i dont eat moms chuck roast. Both ribs and chuck roast are great if you cook and season them well. These were neither. They were cooked dry and then slathered with a super sweet sauce..if you cook them dry, leave them dry and let customers sauce themselves.

I didn’t get the ribs because supposedly they don’t have any place to store them before being picked up but they didn’t bother to text, email or any other communication until I went to pick it up! I would have canceled the order since it was supposed to be dinner along with the potato salad and baked beans. Oh and they went ahead and charged me for the ribs!

This time the ribs were unpleasantly dry, and the meat was tough. According to the time stamp, it was made at 12:30 pm; I made this purchase at 3 pm. Go figure? We have purchased these ribs many times in the past, and most of the time they were tender and juicy.

Individual in May noted ..not baby back ribs or they would fall off the bone???? Obviously out of touch.. Some like it when the meat stays on the bone. They are still tender. Would suggest if you won't fall off the bone....Wrap in foil and bake at 250 for 2 hours. Sam's club doesn't deserve half the reviews it gets. People give bad reviews for like eggs broken using roadside pickup. Please, get out of the car and go shop..then you can easily see that eggs are intact.
