Too much BBQ and always over cooked dry and hard

Good portion but just a little too dry

The ribs were excellent and not fatty. The sauce was very good.

When you get them hot they are juicy but this particular day it was dried out

Pretty good, they had been cooked a little to long.

Ribs are work but these ribs were brutally rough to eat. Fool me once....
