Kind of dry. Good BBQ sauce, though.

Purchased for office potluck and they were the first item eaten. My coworkers had a lot of compliments and thought I made the ribs.

Flavor was good but they were very dry. Either they were over cooked, or they had been under the heat lamps way too long.
