The ribs were tasty but were very dry, because they had probably been under the heating lamp all day. I bought the ribs in the late afternoon. They should set a limit on how long they are under the heat lamp, so that this will not occur.

These were good but not tender. The membrane wasn't removed prior to cooking. This makes the ribs tough. Remove it prior to cooking, the ribs will be tender.

These were not yummy.

Was dried out and tough

1st time I'm really disappointed in the service of my lical Sam's Club. Ordered 2 of the ribs; did not receive notice that they were out until after the Sam's employee had put my other items in the car, came to the window and said "oh we're out of the ribs".

Thank you for ruining our dinner. You always sell out of ribs so we ordered at 2:00 while at work. We showed up for pick up at 5:00 and were told our ribs were sold to someone else. when we ordered it read they had plenty. No where on the app does it say you cannot order in advance. you should tell people that they cannot order in advance rather than ruining their evening dinner. Not this review will have any affect on your policies but we thought you should know. Truleu poor service.

Individual in May noted ..not baby back ribs or they would fall off the bone???? Obviously out of touch.. Some like it when the meat stays on the bone. They are still tender. Would suggest if you won't fall off the bone....Wrap in foil and bake at 250 for 2 hours. Sam's club doesn't deserve half the reviews it gets. People give bad reviews for like eggs broken using roadside pickup. Please, get out of the car and go shop..then you can easily see that eggs are intact.

ordered for Christmas Eve dinner thought wow ribs for Xmas eve . but were soon extremely disappointed...very tough,old tasting I think the ribs were rotten .worst ribs I have had ever ...I took one bite and knew I couldn't eat more wife ate 2 ribs because she had not eaten all day and abruptly stopped .and regretted it....and this is coming from a butcher .also the slab was small seemed more like a half slab...

I will not buy it again, my family couldn't eat it at all

Pretty good, not great. No work to do, just enjoy.
