NOT babyback ribs and NOT tender, at all!

I bought this rack on Thursday, I specifically asked an employee who was accomodating these items and the rotisserie chicken on the rack for customers it these ribs were really tender and babybacks, he quickly replied "yes, the bone falls out of the meat by itself". I bought it and when I got home and pulled a rib to eat it was horribly hard. I am returning this item today for a full refund. Look at the photo, if they were baby back ribs, could you hold the rack by one rib? "Babybacks" these ribs are NOT.

Extremely chewy and not cooked well. Bbq sauce tastes okay but the meat itself is awful.
