My family liked the taste of it but it wasn't something to write home about. Nonetheless, I might get it again since the quantity is worth.

The ribs were coated with a slightly sweet BBQ sauce on the top side only and has good flavor to match the pork itself. The ribs are not the fall of the bone type but tender enough and reminded me of the texture of ham. There is no smoky flavor so if you are looking for that, this wouldn't been a good rack of ribs for you. The rack included 12 ribs and made for a good meal personally. Not a bad price for a rack like this one.

Buyer beware..... These baby back ribs were the toughest that I have ever tried. I had a hard time cutting them. Chewing them was almost impossible I don't belive who ever prepared them forgot removed the thin membrane off of the back of the ribs before smoking them. Removing that membrane is what makes them fall off the bone. COME ON SAMS CLUB!
