Lactate is a smooth and delicious replacement to milk. It tastes like milk and can be used the same way in cooking. It is a great alternative for my kid with a milk sensitive tummy

This milk tastes good. Great for people with lactose intolerance. It did not work for me though. Not sure why but ended up making a complete switch to plant based milks.

Being lacrosse intolerant is so unfortunate but Lactaid takes the worry of pain away. It has the same great taste of milk without the unfortunate results from regular milk. I would recommended to my friends and family.
