I personally am not lactose intolerant... However i do live with those who are and according to them and how i see they react to this milk, it's one of the best!! Great flavor, smooth texture, although it can be pricey.

Taste is great! It tastes and has the same texture as “regular” milk which is great for those of us who are a bit sensitive to lactose! A great way to get additional protein in too! Packaging can be broken down and recycled!

Good brand, good milk! I tend to get the gallons because it goes very fast if you are a person who loves cereal, milk in your coffee, or use it to cook with.

I was good considering I have been a regular milk drinker for years! I went to my son's house and this is what they use. I tried it in cereal. It wasn't bad.

Now we can say we love milk, we no longer suffer, we enjoy it, it is tasty, we are consuming vitamins and to close with a golden clasp "WE TRULY LOVE IT"

I discovered I was lactose intolerant in my teens and definitely struggled to find an alternative to the milk I was raised on… this was BY FAR the best milk alternative I’ve ever tasted and will forever be my go-to!

To me this taste just like milk and has a very smooth silky taste. The packaging also is eye caching and very pleasing to look at. The price of it is pretty reasonable as well.

This is my go to for lactose free Milk. It taste so good and I have had zero stomach issues from it. I use it for cooking, coffee and just when I want a glass of cold of milk!
