Tastes exactly like milk just missing the lactose enzyme. I keep this on hand for baking and cooking with recipes that call for milk. It mixes in much better than nut and/or oat milk and doesn't have an aftertaste

This is the best milk for people out there with lactose because for me since a baby and this save my life from being hours in the bathroom WITHOUT MY PHONE because my mom gets mad so thanks for saving my hours of not using the bathroom I appreciate

This Lactaid for those of us lactose-intolerant tastes almost like whole milk. I also drink almond milk, but this particular Lactaid brand is definitely a good pick.

If you're lactose intolerant then this milk is for you. It's a really good brand and it tastes really good. It tastes like regular milk, no difference.

Easy on the stomach. I have no problems digesting it. And I still get to enjoy milk without getting an upset stomach. That's a plus in my book. Taste good also.
