It does the job - I don't get an upset stomach from this. However, there's definitely a different taste to it. Some people are bothered by it, but I personally didn't notice until I tried a different brand of lactose free milk

I love love love milk but normal dairy kind always upsets my stomach (tmi whatever) but seriously thought. Lactaid tastes exactly the same but with out that ingredients that mess with your stomach! I love using it in my iced coffee!!

Drink this and/or cook with this when you need milk and don’t want your night ruined because you couldn’t stay away from dairy. Tastes the same as regular milk and works just as well in any recipe

I have tried this milk a couple of times. I do like fair life lactose free milk better than this milk. The flavor is better than this milk. Still a good lactose free milk though!

Great alternative to regular milk. Love that it has less carbs and makes you feel less guilty about it. It also stays fresher longer than regular milk.

this milk is so this is the only milk brand that i’ll drink by itself it’s kinda expensive but it’s so worth it in the end y’all gotta get you this milk

I bought this milk for my daughter and she loves it...... She said it taste just like regular milk. The chocolate one is good too all my girls drink that one.

Taste is good texture is good same as normal milk packaging is great price is wonderful and very effective when you are lactose and tolerant o would drink it again.

Tastes great. Doesn't have the vanilla flavor that most Soy milks have. Perfect for cooking. So Happy to find this product. Now if they only made Cheese.

I am still not sure if it contains hormone or not by reading what the box says. It says "our farmers pledge not to use artificial growth hormones" and it explains what it means but it seems didn't give consumers a definite answer..
