I decided to try this milk because I do not like the taste of Soy Milk or Almond Milk and I cannot drink regular milk. Lactaid tastes just like regular milk but what I love is that I can drink it without having to worry about how I’ll feel after. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it!

I am very lucky to not be sensitive to lactose, although, many of my family members are. Despite being sensitive to lactose, those family members insist on drinking lactose milk and want to make the rest of us suffer (if you know, you know). Once I convinced them for try this milk, they were hooked. It tastes the same as milk with lactose, and has the same benefits. Plus, there is no more stomach pain, and unwanted "smells" from drinking lactose. So a win all around! I drink this milk too even though I don't experience any sensitivity, and I love it.

I’m happy to find the lactose-free milk for my family. My sister loves drinking milk, but she can’t drink regular milk from other brands because of her lactose intolerance. When she knows about Lactaid, she can drink milk without hurting her stomach.

My little sis drinks this all the time , she can't drink the regular one she gets stomach problems so this was one of our go to so we can still get to enjoy milk . It also has more benefits for our body definably give this a try if you can't drink the regular milk

My bf is lactose intolerant. We struggled to find the right 2% milk that tasted like regular pasteurized 2% milk. It was hard until we ran across this one. He loves it and doesn't have any problems like he did struggling to intake dairy which we use a ton of milk!

I drink this milk daily. My doctor recommended this many years ago. I find it to be everything it is advertised to be. The neat part is when my grand kids visit they can drink it and never tell the difference from their regular milk. I would recommend this to anyone having issues with regular milk.

Lactaid® Reduced Fat 2% Milk lactose-free 2% milk. Taste just like milk without the upset tummy afterwards. This has been a godsend and thank goodness science has found a way to make milk milk less. Really and taste exactly like regular mail so I will definitely give it a try. Perfect for cereal and in a banana protein shake 

Lactose does a real number on me, and without LACTAID I would have to practically abandon all milk products. Now I can have just about anyting I want with LACTAID products and tablets for those items containing even a smidgen of milk or milk derivative. It's great to feel "Normal" again and eat what I want when I want. I keep a couple of tablets with me in my purse or pocket at all times, so no more unexpected rush trips to the bathroom for me!

I've used for almost 30 years. Great product, thank goodness they fixed the 'taste' after a couple years. I have found I prefer Lactaid over other brands unless I can't find Lactaid. W/More people finding & suffering from intolerances, it can be difficult to find sometimes and I do have to go to other. But always return to Lactose brands.
