My children & I are lactose intolerant, and we drink this or sweetend vanilla AlmondMilk, and cook with coconut milk. And we've noticed a dramatic difference between milk that has milk fat, and milk that's free of it. And let me tell you, how much happier my kiddos are when their tummies aren't upset just from eating or drinking something that's suppose to be good for you. This is the only milk we use in my home. My husband is lactose-intolerant and this is a godsend for him. I use it in any recipe that calls for milk and there is no difference. It also has a very long shelf life due to the lack of lactose so this is great for anyone who doesn't use milk daily.

I actually just started to buy this brand. My boyfriend cannot drink Lactose Milk and I have never had any issues with regular whole milk but it lasts longer and tastes a lot better. I was surprised that the 2% was rich and thick and sweet. Very tasty!

I'm not lactose intolerant, but it's my go-to milk brand. It tastes the same as regular milk plus it lasts much longer. I don't typically use or drink milk often, so having something that doesn't expire within a few weeks is honestly so great. Highly recommend!!

This milk to me taste more like normal 2% milk than any that I have tried.  I actually enjoy this milk more than regular milk. If you have not tried Lactaid, you need to try this because I highly recommend you will love the flavor texture and consistency of this product. 

My little one had a lactose intolerance since she was a baby so when she turned 1, her pediatrician recommended this brand of milk and we haven't stopped buying it since. She's to the point where she can taste the difference between “her” (lactaid) milk and other brands.

This is a great Lactose free milk. It has a awesome taste and taste just like normal milk. It is easy to cook and bake with. It can be a little higher priced in some stores but it is so worth it. I would recommend this milk to anyone who needs lactose free milk..

I do not like the taste of milk - unless in cereal! I use this when cooking and baking as well to help us with our stomach issues (if you know what I mean!) I have never tasted a difference between using this and other milk. I recommend this if you have not tried it before!

Lactaid is my favorite milk to buy. I am personally lactose intolerant, but even if I wasn't I think I would prefer this brand of milk. It is inexpensive, lasts awhile and is available in most grocery stores. I use it in my coffee, on its own and when making food. Great choice if you are looking for good milk.
