This is NOT 2% Fat free or Lactose Free! Fat is 9 calories a gram. Do the math. Also, this is regular milk with some "Lactaid" tablets mixed in. The milk sugar is supposed to be broken down so you can digest it. It isn't Removed. Get ready for the cramps!

Tastes good - consistant product and easy to find. I get this for my household and havent been disappointed. I feel much better buying this for myself and kids than regular milk because we have some dairy sensitivities in the family. Obviously not for those allergic to dairy overall, ut if you have a sensitive tummy, this doesnt seem to cause problems.

I really like Lactaid milk. It tastes just like regular milk, but it doesn’t upset my stomach since it’s lactose-free. It’s great for cereal, coffee, and even cooking. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little more expensive than regular milk. But overall, it’s a great option if you’re lactose intolerant.

He started on the red jug (whole lactaid milk) and immediately stopped having the issues we were dealing with . No more vomiting and upset stomach . He’s a short little guy so of course he seems heavier then he’s supposed to be so his doctor switched him to this reduced fat milk and he’s still doing just as well .

I always have Lactaid in my fridge- my boyfriend is lactose intolerant so it’s one thing we can do to make life a bit more..comfortable for both of us 🤣 I always buy Lactaid over generic brand lactose-free milk because it’s ultra-pasteurized, which means it generally lasts a week longer in the fridge than the others!

This is a good milk for those who suffer from being lactose intolerant. My only issue is that it is watery in comparison to regular milk in coffee. But overall I enjoy the product and the price is usually good. I enjoy 2% personally since it is better for me overall even though the points are a bight much for weight watchers. 

Lactaid milk, don't come in a can, easy on the stomach, soft on the glands, easy to screw the cap off, then buckle down, your gonna have a hellava time pulling the seal off the rim...its now warm, from the struggle I've had, but worth the effort without further said. Challenge.. set a gallon in front of your eldest board member and request them to open and poor a glass...I'm sure a new way of sealing will be found.

This is a very good milk. My daughter and son are both lactose intolerant and we switch to this milk and it has been the best milk ever for their bellies. It’s smooth it has a tad bit of sweetness and it’s overall better for their belly to process. It’s comes in a cute little quart. Definitely worth trying. I even switch to this milk myself.

Regular milk doesn’t always sit right with me, so when I’m making a latte at home I love having this on hand. Sometimes non dairy alternatives don’t taste right with certain recipes and this helps with that problems I’m able to enjoy my drink without any future consequences.
