I am not lactose intolerant but, my mom is and so I have had to use Lactaid Red.Fat 2% Milk a lot over the years, it is a pretty good substitute and it makes it better to enjoy having milk in other items easier for those who have this intolerance. For me if it was in something that was a great use and you can't tell, but, if I had to drink it straight while it wasn't terrible it was not quite as good as the real thing, but, that is a small price to pay not to have pain from using regular milk.

Like the other people too I too found out that I was lactose intolerance and went through a very bad phase of dealing with regular milk issues but once I tried lactaid milk it was so good and it didn't upset my stomach either honestly I can't get enough of lactaid milk and chewables too

This note is really tasty. You really can't tell the difference between this and regular milk I think for the price point it is great compared to other milks. it is slightly sweet so be careful on the sugar intake. I can't have it with a sweet cereal because it makes it too sweet for me, but it's really good for a glass of milk.

This is a great product for those with lactose intolerance or sensitivity! It is creamy and delicious. It is very similar to regular milk. The only difference is it is a little bit sweeter. It still contains all the calcium and vitamins of regular milk just without the lactose! It used to be so hard to find, but now it is much more available at the places I shop

I really like Lactaid milk , the 2% tastes just as good as the whole one does. I had to switch to this for my Family because we found it's more sensitive to our needs and our gut. You always want the best for the well being of you and your family and this milk is just that. Highly recommend.

This milk has an excellent shelf life tag. Yet, this milk does not last in my house very long after I put it in the refrigerator, because, the children devour it within 24 hours. They love it !!! Does not smell like a farm when you open the top either. It's very easy to digest. You make it in chocolate. Will you ever make it in a lunch - size strawberry also?? Just a thought** (????????????)

My husband is a diabetic And he is constantly sick with nausea when he drinks regular milk. A couple of years ago someone suggested I try lactaid milk for him and it completely changed our lives. I was an avid cereal-and milk eater until my son was born. Regular milk makes him extremely gassy, so I have avoided it. I was really hurt and missed milk severely. Why it took me two months to think of Lactaid, I have no idea! I was hesitant at first, thinking it would taste icky but I have to say I it tastes just like regular 2% milk. this milk is so good, if you're someone who struggles from lactose intolerance, this is a great milk. If you also suffer from IBS and you can't drink milk, alternative such as almond or soy milk this is the milk to buy. I promise you it is basically the same as milk there's no taste difference or anything.
