changed to Lactaid when I found out that I could not drink regular milk and all my problems went away plus I like that it has a longer date before it expires.

This is a great substitute for those who want milk but can’t do the lactose. It tastes just like normal milk, but you don’t have to worry about any of those yucky side effects that come with it. I’d recommend this product!

Honestly Lactaid tasted exactly like lactose milk, just without the lactose! I like being able to enjoy milk without feeling sick after. I use it as a complete subsistence for “regular” milk.

I have 5 lactose. Intolerant children and. They have finally.found.a milk.that doesnt make them. Feel.sick is easy to digest less belly pain good taste

Helps stomach problems for people who are lactose intolerant. Definitely still leaves a stomach ache after if drinking too much. But it's so good and I find the flavor of it better than regular milk.

I just recently found out I am now lactose intoleran. I love my milk and after trying many brands this tastes the closest to actual milk. It made getting used to not having dairy much easier.

I am not heavily lactose intolerant but i can not drink milk straight . This milk is my go to e er since i discovered this brand. No more upset tummy if i drink beverages made with this milk. It tastes good ,no funky smell but pure milk.

My whole family loves Lactaid milk because we are lactose intolerant and it is gentle on the stomach and doesn't have a watered down taste or texture. It's the closest thing to real milk because it is real milk without the upset stomach.
