As somebody who is lactose sensitive and actively tries to avoid most diary products, this one is a must have. Still be able to enjoy milk without the stomach issues. The best part is that it doesn't taste any different than normal milk.

It's… Lactaid. Lactose-free milk. Doesn't get more complicated than that. Tastes sweeter than lactose milk because the lactose is broken down into two smaller sugars, so it tastes sweeter even though it isn't. Plus no stomach upset.

This milk is pretty good!! I don't get bloated nor I get the need to go the restroom! I would say to try it if you lactose intolerant. I would also keep in mind it goes by fast

If youre lactose intolerance this.is your choise for sure! I dont tolated lactoseso i allways buy this milk for me and my childrens! They drink it without problem! Highly recommended!

I tried this for a time because I LOVE TRYING NEW THINGS .and it does work for the lactose because when I drank normal milk my stomach will hurt but when I tried this everything was fine .I would buy this again and recommend to my lactose friends

My daughter had to drink this instead of regular milk when she was little her stomach could not handle whole milk so this is a good substation for the problem

I love that I can finally enjoy milk again without all the downsides that my body has with lactose milk. The flavor tastes the same and the consistency is identical to me.

I think lactaid milk is even better than regular milk! It almost has a sweet taste but isn't as heavy as normal cows milk. Not overly flavored but great!

When I drink this I don't have issue like I did when I drank regular dairy. This is a lifesaver for us that are lactose intolerant. Thank goodness for this product I can enjoy cereal again or just a glass
