Smooth, and delicious! My little one is lactose free so we have tried a few different lactose free brands. This one is good! Lactaid has a variety of options to choose from, and the price isn’t out there like some lactose free brands are.

I have been lactose free for five years in this milk is pretty good I prefer a non-dairy option but if you like the taste of milk this is a great option if you would like us intolerant and it’s very cost-efficient

I absolutely love strawberry milk but I can never drink it unless I plan to be home when I do. Though it isn't whole milk, it is very close so it's a good alternative if you like cow milk but have sensitive stomach.
