Tastes like regular milk, without the upset stomach that sometimes follows. Texture isn't any different- it is the same as regular milk. I prefer the low fat, but the full fat option is good also.

When I drink regular milk I get a bloated belly. I decided to switch to #Lactaid to see if it took the bloat away. Thankfully it doesn't and I can enjoy my milk with cereal and coffee. The only downfall is that it's so expensive.

I would have never tried this if a friend of mine did not have allergies. I tried it at her house and I was hooked ,love this product. I would definitely recommend

If you're lactose intolerant this was the only option he would have been able to enjoy if you wanted milk or milk products without the exhausting and painful side effects of being lactose intolerant.

Drink it everyday mixed with espresso. I'm not lactose but I prefer the taste of this milk over regular milk. So I always buy this over regular milk. My husband also loves this because it taste great.

I love love love milk but normal dairy kind always upsets my stomach (tmi whatever) but seriously thought. Lactaid tastes exactly the same but with out that ingredients that mess with your stomach! I love using it in my iced coffee!!

I love that theres an option for real milk without lactose. This tastes like regular milk because it IS milk. I cant stand the taste of soy milk, almond milk, etc. and this is all Ill drink.

I've been lactose intolerant since I was a kid I don't like almond because it makes everything taste Waterdown. This taste great since I love the taste of milk and it's also very nice on my stomach!

Lactaid is the only milk product that is lactose free that does not upset my stomach. One of my favorite snacks is eating a bowl of cereal, with Lactaid I can enjoy that again.
