I was very skeptical to try this but it tastes just like milk! It also lasts a lot longer than regular milk does. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has problems with milk or is lactose intolerant.

everyone wants me to try almond milk, but it doesn't taste as good and is oily. Lactose 2% has fewer calories and less sugar and is delicious. I'm glad I discovered it in my boyfriend's refridgerator!!

I honestly thought that I'd never be able to drink milk since I'm lactose intolerant, but I thought I'd try it, and it was really, good, now you can taste the lactase in it, but that may just be me.

I used to use regular milk, but I started getting a reaction on my face. So I started using Lactaid and everything went back to normal. It pretty much tastes the same, just healthier.
