This milk is my go-to for drinks like caramel macchiatos. It mixes well, adds a smooth texture, and the lighter feel doesn’t take away from the rich flavors. Great balance between creamy and light, plus easy on the stomach.

the lactaid m ilk has carragreen it , says so on the milk carton, yet they do not list it here on their website. carrageen cause intestinal inflammation.

I’m lactose intolerant so being able to have lactaid is a game changer! At least I know it won’t make my stomach upset after consumption! I use it from cooking to baking to dipping my cookies in it!

My favorite milk without worrying about stomach upset due to lactose intolerance. The flavor is better than actual milk with lactose. Even my daughter loves this.

I grew up on 1 or 2% milk so the red whole milk version is like too creamy for me. Tastes great and I have it with my coffee or cereal everyday! It’d a bit on the pricier side compared to regular milk prices.

Finally a product that will make me feel like I will explode from the inside. It is pricey which I don't like, if you were more competitive with regular milk brands then I would probably purchase it more often

I love lactaid so much because it tastes like milk but doesn’t upset my stomach. I only use this in my coffee (and I use just a splash) so it’s great that this milk lasts way longer than regular milk.
