This milk is superb! We have lactose issues in our family and this is the only milk we buy. You can’t tell that it is lactose free because it doesn’t taste any different than regular milk.

I am lactose intolerant so this is a great milk if you just want some thing that taste like milk but nothing that will hurt you in anyway. It is a great milk to have if you have any lactose issues.

I don’t know— it’s the premium lactose free milk. If we ever need to drink milk of any kind it’ll be lactaid milk. It tastes the same + without the side effects of lactose.
