I don’t drink milk often (I’m usually plant based) but when I have to this is my go to! I am lactose intolerant and this helps me enjoy milk without the horrible side effects!

The milk isn’t bad at all, really can’t taste a difference between the and the regular lactose milk. Great for using this while cooking for my lactose intolerant family members. Not that expensive compared to some brands

Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Milk is a great option for those of us who are lactose intolerant but still want to drink cow's milk. I have had no stomach issues while drinking this, and the taste is not impacted at all.

Taste and texture and packaging and effectiveness and value was good. It didn’t make me bloat and I didn’t feel like a stomach pain afterwards. I enjoyed this with cooking.

It tastes really good, not too sweet. Texture is smooth, easy to drink. Packaging, it's a little heavy and hard to pour the milk out but still easier than those plastic containers.

I’ve always had issues with lactose but I’ve got to say that I really don’t have to worry about it with Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Reduced Fat Milk I use it on my cereal on milk shakes and more. The best part, it is totally affordable and tasty.

I am lactose intolerant and this milk is a God send! No stomach issues at all and all of the flavor of normal milk! Also, the milk expires much slower. I only wish that it was slightly more affordable!

Great tasting lactose free milk. Helps with all the awful symptoms of lactose intolerance for my family. I also love that the expiration date is so much longer than that of regular milk.
