Love this milk! I can finally drink milk without getting sick! I highly recommend that you try this brand if you struggle with being lactose intolerant.

This is the milk that I was raised on. If your child is lactose intolerant, I’d recommend this brand or fair life. They’re both delicious and you can cook with them. They taste good plain, in cereal or when dipping cookies. Highly recommend.

It’s… Lactaid. Lactose-free milk. Doesn’t get more complicated than that. Tastes sweeter than lactose milk because the lactose is broken down into two smaller sugars, so it tastes sweeter even though it isn’t. Plus no stomach upset.

I cannot tell the difference between Lactaid and Regular Milk with lactose, since i switch to Lactaid i have not had stomach problems. LOVE IT IN MY COFFEE.

I don’t drink milk often, but love that this is lactose free and has a healthy expiration date . A great way to get in extra vitamins and minerals without being wasteful.

Good for lactose intolerant people or if you don’t want the lactose in milk, this is a good option. I don’t really taste that much of a difference and i use it for the same purpose as regular milk.

Prob the only kind of milk that won’t make me sick! Being lactose intolerant is not fun.. thankful for this for my cereal, matcha latte, and baking:))

This is one of the best it dosen't cost a lot and it's hard to tell it from the real thing. So come get a glass and try it for yours. Your wife will think you I know mine did.

It’s obviously doesn’t taste like regular milk because the lactose enzymes make it sweeter, but it is one of the best lactose-free milks out there. And I appreciate how easy it is to find at any grocery store
