I've used this milk before because my dad is lactose intolerant. And when I tell you you cant even tell the difference between this and regular milk, believe me. I was in shock. It's probably the only good reduced fat lactose-free milk I've had.

It does the job - I don't get an upset stomach from this. However, there's definitely a different taste to it. Some people are bothered by it, but I personally didn't notice until I tried a different brand of lactose free milk

I can actually have milk! Tastes so good best milk I’ve had since I was a child in PR. So yummy and smooth. The container is very durable has been dropped by little hands and survived.

Lactaid has always had good flavor. I've always liked the taste. It is definitely a good alternative to regular milk. It's not watered down either like some of the other non-dairy products.

This milk works if you’re trying to put it in something, but I don’t like it much for just drinking it plain. When cooking/baking with it it gets the job done

This is the milk that I was raised on. If your child is lactose intolerant, I’d recommend this brand or fair life. They’re both delicious and you can cook with them. They taste good plain, in cereal or when dipping cookies. Highly recommend.

Taste is good nd easy to use 😋 I buy this because me and my son both are lactose interoless nd we both can't drink heavy cream . This milk perfect for us nd easy on tummy

This 2% lactose free milk is pretty good and is definitely better than regular 2% milk. It also doesn't spoil as fast. Doesn't taste as good with cookies than whole milk though.

This milk is amazing! Only milk we buy now. Price is a little high but it is worth it. It’s always fresh and does not bother my stomach. Definitely 10/10
