I ordered it on Feb 6th, but it was delivered on Feb 21st.

A little dissapointed with this product. It does not have the carry handle like in the picture and was rated for over 300 pounds. Also no paper towel holder as the picture shows. The true Cosco one (black and yellow in color) is more money but very sturdy and has all the ammenitys mentioned. This said it did but it doesnt.. So I am a bit dissapointed with the product.Over all a good ladder for older people..

This is simply a fantastic household item for reaching up into high places. It helps in many ways...whether changing a light bulb, a battery in a smoke alarm or dusting the blades of a ceiling fan...you'll find many, many uses for this well built and sturdy work-horse. I'm just sorry I didn't buy this years ago.

Highly recommend this product providing you don't need to get higher than approximately 8 feet (I'm 5'10 and would vary depending on a persons height). Very well constructed, sturdy, light, big steps, locks when using for stability, folds nicely for storage, big plastic/rubber feet to avoid slippage, and the work platform is terrific to put things on while you're working(holes for screwdrivers, hammer etc. and impressions for both a quart and gallon of paint). This is a great product for jobs around the house and much better than a conventional step ladder for the reasons above. Can't go wrong for $36.84.
