The construction of these gift cards is amazing. No assembly required. They held up to quite a few test over time but delivered everytime. One thing to note tho they do have a limitation of only rock bottom restaurants so when you try to use them to pay for school books or a plumber they don't work

We purchase these gift cards often and use them at an Old Chicago restaurant. We most recently used them on Friday, December 1, and they were accepted without issue. This is such a great savings for us and well worth every penny to get 25%+ off of our meals at Old Chicago! I am ordering more today to use on our next visit for dinner at Old Chicago!

Description led me to believe they were good at all chop house but my local chop house says they do not honor this card

Old Chicago is our go-to for family dinners. The card value allows us to always leave a generous tip for our server.

The gift cards at Sam's are a great value. By buying $100 in gift cards for $80, we automatically save 20% on our bill at OC.

I love these gift cards. You have many choices with the 1 card. The places are good and the food is always delicious

We bought these gift cards and went to use them tonight only to find out, they were not redeemable. Craftworks is bankrupt and these gift cards are worthless. We bought them close to a year ago and gave two of the four as gifts. We will not buy these cards again as long as craftworks is listed as the manufacturer/seller.

Craftworks is the company on the back of this gift card, they went bankrupt in March 2020. Yet, Sam's is still selling these gift cards that are not valid. I purchased $300 worth of gift cards in April 2023. After being told I couldn't use them at Gordon Biersch, I called Sam's Club customer service and was told they don't refund gift cards. After telling the manager, Oryan that I was filing a complaint and asked for his employee number, I was hung up on.
