We love this place. The food is great, the beers are good and they have an excellent loyal customer rewards program. Getting an extra 20% off with this card is really icing on the cake.

We bought this for when we went to visit our son , Old Chicago is one of his favorites. It meant we could go out and not worry about how we were going to pay. It is a great value getting $100.00 dollars worth of gift cars for $79.00. Will probably purchase for next time we visit our son.

We eat at Old Chicago a minimum of twice per week, so we love being able to purchase these gift cards at a discount! They also make great gifts, especially since the cards can be used at any of the listed restaurants. Easy to purchase and easy to use!

I bought $100 in Rock Bottom Restaurant gift cards for $75. I pay my entire bill, including adult beverages and the tip with the gift cards. Such a deal!

For some reason our store in Waterloo, IA has stopped carrying these gift cards. I was able to order from the Sam's website and received my cards in 4 days.

Although it was a good value. It is hard to use - doesn't work online and in store had to have a manager assist.

The service was good. We ordered 2 large pizzas for 6 people to split and it was not enough for all of us to have 2 pieces. Very small portions and they charge a lot for a little.

They came with a zero balance, which caused quite a surprise and embarrassment at Old Chicago while trying to pay my bill with them. I now have to fight for a refund and there will be no compensation for the embarrassment or the $12.50 extra I paid on a $50 tab (had to pay cash and the gift cards cost $37.50 for a $50 card).

I purchased $100 in gift cards for our vacation. They came promptly in the mail in an appropriate Sam’s Club GC envelope. However, at the Rock Bottom restaurant when it came time to pay our bill, the balance on each card was $0. You can imagine our frustration not to mention embarrassment. The manager was very nice and apologetic but his hands were tied because we bought them thru a third party. We had to pay with our regular credit card. Not happy. Our local Sam’s Club returned the GCs. I don’t’ think I will ever trust Sam’s GCs again.
