Had high hopes for this cheese but can’t recommend. The cheese is flavorless and has no peppery flavor at all. If you like spicy this is not for you. Kraft pepper jack is much better.

I can’t believe there are hundreds of reviews for the block cheese, but no reviews for the sliced jalapeño cheese. It’s pretty good. I got it to replace the new tasteless jalapeño cheddar at Subway. I now use my own cheese and this is good and economical and pre-cut.

the paper is off is not centered, the cheese stick does not come off one piece at the time, the cheese is excellent, taste great, wish also if they have them in two sealed packaging, instead one, because they get spoiled if you touch them accidentally with your hands or you don't finish them fast. I put then in sandwich bag it is hassle, in about five bags so they don't get spoiled.

Normally love pepper jack from Sam's, but this one I got recently Oct 2024 was supposed to be good till Mar 2025. Nothing else in my fridge went bad so it didn't lose power and this was when I opened, never unsealed till then. Just asking a little more quality assurance on packaging.

Beside nibbling and grilled cheese, we make quesadillas (add some Chi Chi's salsa & cilantro). Great added to your regular mac & cheese recipe, and layers in King Ranch casserole. We put in 2 1 qt freezer zip lock bags, squeeze out excess air, and they last about 2 weeks. Good deal, good price.

I have bought this cheese twice, it is very dry and papers that separate the slices are too small. You end up breaking the slices in half. I tried to separate it with a butter knife and that didn't work either. I ended up using it in a casserole dish because it would not work for toaster sandwiches.

Tastes more like monterrey Jack w flavorless peppers lol. Boring. Not a typical pepperjack.

Flavorless wax. This is by far the worst thing pretending to be cheese I think I have tried. Love cheese and most Members Mark stuff is good, this is not only not good I am not sure it is even really cheese.

It is delicious cheese when fresh. The cheese got white mold and smelled fermented. I think it was due to the paper used to separate the slices because where the paper was not between the slices, it was not moldy and smelly.

Great for quick cheese quesadillas (chicken optional) one slice between 2 corn tortillas (chopped jalapenos for extra heat). Pan fry til golden brown, makes a quick snack. or shingle multiple in a pan for quick and easy finger food for guests
