GARBAGE

I purchased this, the MR450 and 120 hour refill package. Can't get either one to ignite and the distributor will not let me return them.

Sorry that your Thermacell repeller is not working. Have you checked to see if your device is heating or if the mat needs to be replaced? Mats should have a bit of blue color left/ A good indicator that your device is on and heating up is seeing the orange glow in the view window that can be found at the top of your repeller. If you are still having trouble, contact us directly and we will help you out.

Didn’t last

Cartridge only lasted about 3 hours…was supposed to last for 12 hours. Definitely will not buy again.

The cartridge should last up to 12 hrs. Sometimes, consumers forget to twist the repeller into the off position and it can use up your fuel. this thing is actually pretty cool

I bought this and we love it! We also have the handheld one, and both are so great to keep mosquitoes away! I highly recommend this!
