I have never commented on a product before, but this is without a doubt the best dish washing product I have ever used. Please don’t change it in any way or discontinue making it. My daughter and my niece both rave about the cleaning ability. I think I want a lifetime supply in case you stop making it. Thank you for making a product that goes above and beyond expectations

I purchased a set of Dawn Powerwash Spray and 3 refills because of the raves everyone was giving it all over social media, which in hindsight was probably the first red flag(never believe everything you hear on the Internet)! Also, I have used Dawn dish soap for at least 25 years, possibly longer and absolutely will never buy anything else because IT is a wonderful product that works better than expected! Sadly, Dawn Powerwash has given me multiple problems. The MOST aggravating one is the degree of difficulty in using the pump! The pump barely made it through 1/3 of the first bottle as well as being almost impossible to spray! The white part of the trigger is so soft, it merely bends inward and applies no force toward the neck of the bottle. I have tried numerous ways of holding it as I apply pressure, to very little resulting spray. I was a bench hand and a cake decorator for 40 years, so I am not a weak person, people remark on my nice, firm handshake. So I’ve been just using it on a sponge to lather up things and let them soak. I have tried it on skillets, my gas stove top, cookie sheets and even my bathtub floor that developed a stubborn watermark. Dawn Powerwash barely removed any of the greasy areas, unlike the dish soap which makes things sparkling clean-even chicken stock grease! The Powerwash gets everywhere(especially if I can coax any spray out of the pump) and just seems to linger no matter how many times I wipe and rinse. The scent of the Powerwash is vastly unpleasant and hangs around forever, unlike its cleaning power which is mostly absent. I tried respraying and soaking items again, almost in tears by now(angry tears!) because the spray pump is such a beast to use. And the results of the repetition? Non existent, even after 3 tries. I am not sensitive to strong smells or scents either, but this stuff...ick. Guess I’ll go back to Bar Keeper’s Friend, it works the first time I use it. And yes, I’m using the same Scotchbright scrubbie sponge and/or the flat green scrubbies with both products. So I’m definitely putting in the elbow grease. I might as well be using water. And water smells better too. I DO NOT recommend Dawn Powerwash at all. The dish soap however is fantastic-why is Powerwash so terrible?! I have been using this for years. I still use the other dawn, but this one is lovely! I hope Dawn continues making it. I can spray it on a greasy cookie sheet and leave it for a minute and wipe it off. It helps me use less water and less elbow grease.

I purchased the Dawn Power Wash, knowing it probably would not live up to its promise. My son didn't believe it either. Were we surprised. Well, the first time we tried it, it worked! Next time worked again. Today, had a really bad spilled on casserole. It worked again. You could just watch the mess sliding down the casserole. It is a wonderful product!!! I now found the refill! I did not realize so many of my favorite items are made by you.

I bought this specifically to clean chefs knives that never go into the dishwasher. I spray it on and leave it and then later wipe off dried garlic bits or cheese grime under running warm water. Could not be happier with the ease of use, or the results. I spilled some oil on the floor and then just wiped it up with this product. I could not be more thrilled with the product, or the price!! I actually have a stockpile, because I will be using it for life.

I works great, but the bottle does not stand up. I love how great it works on the grease when you just spray and wipes. I am a fan of this product. My only problem is once I started using the bottle after a few sprays the bottle sucked in and would not stand up. I even tried opening the top to let air in to try to put the bottle back to its normal form, but it didn’t work. Now I try to prop it against my faucet. Any advice?

I bought this a few months back after seeing the ad. I actually bought a couple since I found the spray cool. However it was not the same as actual Dawn. I have to soap greasy plastic containers 3-4 times just to get it clean. Plus the smell isn’t as great.

Dawn Powerwash Spray has become a product I can't go without anymore. It's very easy to use. It's gives a great clean like regular dawn, it spreads well as you are spraying, gives a great clean, and you can quickly use it to anything. It's inexpensive and I'd recommend trying!

I really enjoy this new way to wash dishes…spray & leave for later while the spray does its thing. But, as a concerned citizen of planet Earth, I worry about the amount of plastic going into this product and the “refill” bottles. I would love to see a large jug of the liquid available, so that I can refill the bottles I have, and then I don’t have to continually buy more small plastic bottles. If this were an option, my review would be 5 stars!

A few weeks ago we purchased the ' new and wonderful ' Dawn Platinum Powerwash. with the 2 refills. As a household that uses your original blue Dawn for just about everything, we gave it a try. To start with the sprayer is nearly impossible to squeeze with one hand, and yes, the spray nozzle is in the right position. After much fuss the spray finally pumped some spray splatters but it appeared to do little. Certainly not the spray-wipe-rinse you claim. You left the SCRAPE AND SCRUB part out! The new Powerwash was used several times and it worked each time with poor results. It was used on several different common cooking clean ups, and it's performance was discouraging The performance was less than stellar and no better than the conventional Dawn.. I am surprised this dud of a product could generate any hype since it's results were nothing to be excited about. Maybe, we have the wrong type of soil for it to clean! So now we are left with a half bottle and a sprayer that now pumps easily, but does not spray, and the two unopened refills. So as to not have a total loss, I'll just dump some in a bucket and wash the cars since it has no real use in our kitchen.
