I bought this a couple of months ago, the bottle is still half full and the sprayer doesn’t work anymore. Do they quit working after awhile? I have tried everything I know how on this sprayer and it still won’t work. Can you help me with this. I love the Dawn products except this one. This has been life changing. I do not have a dishwasher, and washing dishes by hand has always been my least favorite chore, until we started using Dawn PowerWash! It does exactly what it says it does - spray, wipe, rinse and you’re good to go! The Free & Clear version was the cherry on top - I have sensitive skin, which is part of why I hate doing the dishes. With the Free & Clear I can quickly get through 2-3 loads of dishes without irritating my skin and getting the same type of clean that I’ve gotten from dishwashers in the past. Never thought I’d be such a fan girl of a dish soap, but I honestly would should by love from the rooftops!

This is the only soap I use now. Not only does it work great, but I love the pear scent. I get it's free & clear so most don't expect there to be a scent, but it's so nice. I see the comments saying to get rid of it, but I really hope you don't. If anything, just make one with the pear and without. My only complaint is that I cannot find the refills of this anywhere! Literally no stores or anywhere online sell the refill (just the original blue one). Really hoping it's not discontinued or going to be, but would love to know why I can't find it? I know others have the same issue (there's a subreddit about it). I either have to keep buying the sprayer bottle or get a completely different soap (which I don't want to do).

I loved the product and its versatility. However something seems to have changed. It worked great on grease and other stains in the laundry, and removed coffee stains in cups. It no longer seems to do this. I still love it when I have only a couple of dishes to do.

I have never commented on a product before, but this is without a doubt the best dish washing product I have ever used. Please don’t change it in any way or discontinue making it. My daughter and my niece both rave about the cleaning ability. I think I want a lifetime supply in case you stop making it. Thank you for making a product that goes above and beyond expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dawn Dish Spray is everything!! I have always hated washing dishes, but this spray makes dish washing so much less of a hassle. The spray trigger is easy to hold down and can spray one whole side of the sink in one push. It creates a soapy lather that will take off all the grease, grime, and stuck foods. I will spray down the dishes and let it soak for a little bit, then I'll finish off with some water for squeaky clean dishes. The scent is also amazing and will have your whole kitchen smelling fresh! This is definitely a must in every household and I highly recommend this dish spay to make life a little easier!

The neck on the bottle is large and the spray trigger is very stiff. I love the concept, product, and convenience but the execution is poorly designed and thought out. Consumers with arthritis, recovering from a stroke, and those with small hands would find the container and spray mechanism nearly impossible to use.

I'm amazed by this product and what it can do. Three year's ago we lost our home and nearly everything in it to a house fire. What we salvaged was put into storage and left until two months ago. I had three totes with clothing that was absolutely covered in soot and the smell would knock you down. I had multiple pairs of jeans that I wanted to save but wasn't sure if it was possible. My dad recommended I try Dawn Platinum powerwash spray on them. I bought a bottle with one replacement and went to work. Two days later ten pairs of jeans and two bottles of this I had successfully cleaned all the soot from them. I honestly can't believe this product got out three year's old soot and I'm wearing them today. It also worked on getting some furniture cleaned that was covered in soot as well. I'm not sure why this product has such a low rating but to me it does exactly what it says it will.

I purchased a set of Dawn Powerwash Spray and 3 refills because of the raves everyone was giving it all over social media, which in hindsight was probably the first red flag(never believe everything you hear on the Internet)! Also, I have used Dawn dish soap for at least 25 years, possibly longer and absolutely will never buy anything else because IT is a wonderful product that works better than expected! Sadly, Dawn Powerwash has given me multiple problems. The MOST aggravating one is the degree of difficulty in using the pump! The pump barely made it through 1/3 of the first bottle as well as being almost impossible to spray! The white part of the trigger is so soft, it merely bends inward and applies no force toward the neck of the bottle. I have tried numerous ways of holding it as I apply pressure, to very little resulting spray. I was a bench hand and a cake decorator for 40 years, so I am not a weak person, people remark on my nice, firm handshake. So I’ve been just using it on a sponge to lather up things and let them soak. I have tried it on skillets, my gas stove top, cookie sheets and even my bathtub floor that developed a stubborn watermark. Dawn Powerwash barely removed any of the greasy areas, unlike the dish soap which makes things sparkling clean-even chicken stock grease! The Powerwash gets everywhere(especially if I can coax any spray out of the pump) and just seems to linger no matter how many times I wipe and rinse. The scent of the Powerwash is vastly unpleasant and hangs around forever, unlike its cleaning power which is mostly absent. I tried respraying and soaking items again, almost in tears by now(angry tears!) because the spray pump is such a beast to use. And the results of the repetition? Non existent, even after 3 tries. I am not sensitive to strong smells or scents either, but this stuff...ick. Guess I’ll go back to Bar Keeper’s Friend, it works the first time I use it. And yes, I’m using the same Scotchbright scrubbie sponge and/or the flat green scrubbies with both products. So I’m definitely putting in the elbow grease. I might as well be using water. And water smells better too. I DO NOT recommend Dawn Powerwash at all. The dish soap however is fantastic-why is Powerwash so terrible?! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I seen it on the shelves where I get my cleaning stuff, no other soap like it, just spray lightly and evenly, let it sit for a few. Come back and do light scrubbing then rinse everything away no problems. I will be buying in bulk.
