For best results, try the following tips: * Upside-down use: The bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. Ask the consumer to spray several times into the sink in an upright position. * Clogging: Run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. * Dip tube: If this happens when the bottle is almost empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction as the sprayer, and the bottom of it should be in the corner. To achieve best results, we suggest making sure you're scraping all chunks of food and grease from cookware before applying the spray. As well, only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we recommend letting the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe and rinse.
