We're sorry your Dawn Powerwash isn't working after changing the refill. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release. Then, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle. Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn clockwise to secure. Most importantly, ensure the dip tube and trigger are aligned. We suggest to making sure that the yellow markings that can be found on the top of the sprayer and nozzle are lined up exactly. If it's off, this may lead to the trigger bending.
