I have used Scott’s turf bonus S for about 10 years and I have no intention on changing. I get the desired results I want. And I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. They stop and ask me what do I use and they say they are going to buy some of it for their lawn.

After application we had 4 inches of rain, this was too much and the product did not kill weeds. So plan around big rains accordingly. I have used this product in the past and had great results. With appropriate watering product does work. One of the best and easiest ways to control weeds and fertilize simultaneously.

I have used this product at least 20 times and each year I think I will have better luck spreading the material, but No. The humidity in Florida makes the fertilizer pellets fuse together into clumps and it plugs the spreader. You have to stop and hand clear the feed ports and start again. Total frustration. A 30 minute job takes an hour of stopping and starting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using southern weed and feed since I live in Florida and it work pretty good the grass is greener and less weeds and the patches are starting to grow grass,,it took a few weeks to notice but it's looking much better now

I applied this product to my lawn as directed on the bag. I cut the grass applied the weed and feed and watered it in. As of 6 days later, the weeds are still growing and quickly covering the yard. How do I get my money back? Unfortunately, I there the bag and receipt away. I do have my credit card statement from the Home Store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied Scott Turf Builder Bonus S to my lawn and within 5 days and a good dose of rainfall my lawn when from distress brown and feed infested to green full lust lawn. one that is truly the envy of the neighborhood.I really do kill off most weeds in the lawn. You still have to do your due diligence and pull the weeds up including the roots in order to totally take care of any existing weeds.

Killed the lawn not the weeds. Had a nice green lawn before application. Now I have large brown spots of dead grass. Used a Scott drop spreader. Didn’t have many weeds before and still have them a week later. Had a heavy rain storm 2 days after application. Lawn is centerpede and Bermuda.

First off, I feel guilty writing my complaint when all of the other reviewers lost their whole lawns. My condolences. My lawn is St Augustine and took the fertilizer well. It's dark green and thriving with the wet spring we've had. The weeds however also seem to be well fed and thriving. No weeds have been killed. The Dallisgrass is spreading even more than normal. The clover is dying on its own now that the summer heat is here. There was no weeding and for this price, I'd expect some... I'll stick to the generic ammonium nitrate I've used in the past. It fertilizes weeds too, but at only 1/2 the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied Bonus about 3 weeks ago and it is really starting to work. What I like is it's slow release so it does not burn up my Florida lawn and my lawn is healthy and it helps get rid of weeds. Scott's products are all I use on my lawn.
