Despite all the bad reviews I still decided to give this a chance. I followed directions to a tee. My grass was perfect, in fact it was my best section of lawn. But, I had weeds. Within a few weeks after using this product, I now have dead spots and browning everywhere. It did kill the dollar weeds within the grass - but now worse weeds are growing where the grass dead. Stay away from this product. This was used in Tampa, FL, St.Augustine grass.

I had a lawn fertilizer service last year but was not happy with what they were doing so I decided to do it myself this year. I put down this product in early spring and I’m amazed at how great my lawn looks!!! I didn’t expect that quick a turnaround on how green it is now. I am ready to put down my second application and can’t wait to see the results.

I tried to save money by using cheaper "big box store" brands and never got the results I get with Scotts. My lawn started to look better and the clover started to disappear in less than a week from when I first applied it! I'll never use another product or other brand again!

Does NOT kill the weeds it claims (when applied properly as per instructions and watered in). Dollar weed and clover is THRIVING after 2 applications of bonus s within 2 1/2 months. Its been a month since last treatment, st augustine looks worse, weeds are looking great, stronger than ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Added Scotts Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Lawn weed and feed about a month ago and it exceeded expectations. Killed most of the weeds that creeped in over the winter except for a small patch of dollar weed. I reapplied to that area and it took care of business. I may have just missed the spot when applying. Anyhow, my lawn is green and full now and I plan on making Scott's Bonus S weed and feed my "Go To" product every season.

I used this on my 8 month old Scotts Classic Grass Seed, that babied and spent several hundred dollars on seed and water, to help kill the weeds and boost the lawn. It is now mostly dead after it was so beautiful and green. You can see exactly where it was spread onto the lawn. Im so sad. This should not have happened.

It doesn't burn my grass and keeps everything looking great. It really helps to kill off all the weeds I get from the holidays with the decor in the yard killing my grass also.
