Our Mr Coffee machine bit the dust. This has been a good replacement. Easy setup and user interface. No complaints.

Great coffee maker the only negative is that it has a two hour automatic shutoff I wished it was four hours.

I like the coffee maker specially the strength function for brewing. The process is fast and effective.

Ordering and delivery were easy and timely. The product was well packaged and no damage or breakage upon receipt. Works well and it is affordable.

It’s literally impossible to pour a cup of coffee without spilling quite a bit as the lip on the carafe isn’t formed properly. I’m cleaning up after every cup.

In the information pamphlet it tells you to disconnect when not in use??? I called the company to question and was told that that wasn't really necessary!! Kind of confusing.

2nd time I've bought this, 2nd time delayed. Don't think this seller intends to ship. This feels like a rip off again. I think I would prefer ANOTHER refund since this seller has such shipping issues.
