The 1 ⭐ is for shipping on, this coffee pot terrible. It spills onto my anywhere I pour a cup. I should have paid more attention to the descriptions. I was in a hurry due to my GREAT pot broke.

Only work for 2 months and the warranty is sucks. they want you to pay for the shipping to send the coffee maker back to them to see what wrong with the coffee maker and shipping cost more than the coffee maker lol

Out of the box the program button to adjust the time did not work. Returned to Sam's with no problem. Was hoping to get something simple that worked.

In the information pamphlet it tells you to disconnect when not in use??? I called the company to question and was told that that wasn't really necessary!! Kind of confusing.

ordered this unit, and after two weeks the lid will not stay closed. will be returning. we do not even make coffee everyday, just got it for using for company that likes coffee.

Easy to use and clean; however, not the best if you want to brew less than 6oz of coffee.

Works as advertised. Not used for any extended time yet.

Love the size. Steam from top of handle burns thumb.

This is the easiest coffee every to setup and use. All functions are user friendly.

Works fine and like much better than Mr Coffee. :)
