Capresso 12-Cup Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe

ordered this unit, and after two weeks the lid will not stay closed.  will be returning.  we do not even make coffee everyday, just got it for using for company that likes coffee.

Only work for 2 months and the warranty is sucks. they want you to pay for the shipping to send the coffee maker back to them to see what wrong with the coffee maker and shipping cost more than the coffee maker lol

Don't purchase this coffee maker

The 1 ⭐ is for shipping on, this coffee pot terrible. It spills onto my anywhere I pour a cup. I should have paid more attention to the descriptions. I was in a hurry due to my GREAT pot broke.

Don't waist your money.

Out of the box the program button to adjust the time did not work.  Returned to Sam's with no problem.  Was hoping to get something simple that worked.

In the information pamphlet it tells you to disconnect when not in use??? I called the company to question and was told that that wasn't really necessary!! Kind of confusing.

Capresso SG220 12-Cup Coffee Maker with Glass Cara

Very pleased with the coffee machine,  is exactly as indicated.

All of the water would not come out of the tank nor would all of the filtered coffee drain into the pot. The sides of the unit at the top got very hot while the coffee was brewing.

Disappointed

The main feature I would like to see improved is the back light on the clock. When any of the buttons on the front are pushed, the clock lights up blue. A few seconds later, the blue light goes out. The clock display is large, so no problem hoping you set it correctly. I prefer to use paper filters (basket style) instead if the included reusable filter. Has an automatic two hour shut off. (Would like to have another hour added.) In order to get 8 cups of coffee you have to pour 9 cups water into reservoir. Makes a good cup of coffee and stays fairly hot. Has a low profile so it fits nicely under a counter.
