Excellent Appliance

All of the water would not come out of the tank nor would all of the filtered coffee drain into the pot. The sides of the unit at the top got very hot while the coffee was brewing.

Disappointed

The main feature I would like to see improved is the back light on the clock. When any of the buttons on the front are pushed, the clock lights up blue. A few seconds later, the blue light goes out. The clock display is large, so no problem hoping you set it correctly. I prefer to use paper filters (basket style) instead if the included reusable filter. Has an automatic two hour shut off. (Would like to have another hour added.) In order to get 8 cups of coffee you have to pour 9 cups water into reservoir. Makes a good cup of coffee and stays fairly hot. Has a low profile so it fits nicely under a counter.
