Great piece of furniture

I purchased this item around May 23rd. It was supposed to be delivered Friday June 8th, but there was never a call to set up a time for delivery. I got a text message on Saturday that they would deliver between 8am and 11am, no call no show. I left to do my other obligations, the delivery person called me at 1:30 saying there to deliver, told them to take back to warehouse. Called on Tuesday to set up info was told they will call to make arrangements. No call again. Received text message today saying will be out for delivery between 11 and 3pm, took time off work. When delivery showed up was told can not deliver to INSIDE house, but can leave on sidewalk. I CANNOT move item myself. Refused delivery. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SAM'S CLUB AGAIN!

As many other reviews have stated, the item arrived damaged with the entire bottom of the box ripped off. The delivery men looked at me before even bringing it out of the delivery truck and said "you can refuse delivery!" I didn't need to even look inside the box, because it was upside down I could see the support leg had been broken off. I did not receive a call or email from Sam's with any update so I contacted customer service the next day. I was told that someone would call me within 24 - 48 hours (we were on 24 hours). I again received no response from customer service so I called on day 3. This representative said "no, it is 24 - 72 hours" we were at the 72 hour mark from delivery. It is now day 4 and no response, I have called yet again and was told yet again "your case has been escalated, expect a call next week". This item was ordered on 12/01/22 and still not delivered. If you have unlimited time, are willing to return the piece when it arrives damaged and have the patience to endure the endless calls to customer service, you could try it.

This cabinet is awesome! It is just what I was looking for in a new entertainment center. It comes assembled, except adding the shelves. That was the first nice surprise. The second was the extra thought put into it by making the back center portion of the cabinet removable by using magnets instead of screws (whodathunkit?). The versatility of the doors is a plus too. I liked that I was able to change out the glass for panels on two and leave two with glass. Be careful when tying it down in your vehicle though. The protective package does not cover the entire top so when my husband tied it down he slightly damaged it. There is a marker provided so we were able to cover it up. I would definitely recommend it as it is a great, sturdy cabinet for the price!

Unfortunately like many of the reviews here, the console arrived damaged. Front left leg is completely cracked and the is a piece of the wood between the right drawer and door missing. It's a gorgeous console but seems like the risk of receiving it damaged is high

This is a nice solid piece of furniture. It’s not cheaply made. I got the blue and the 2 center doors had minor damage to them, but Sam’s made it right. I have searched hi and low for similar pieces of furniture and you just can’t beat the quality and price on this one.

I ordered the blue console , it arrived about 3 weeks ago and it was broken , has a broken door drawer , a broken door from the bottom and the cardboard on the back of the console is broken in two different places, I have talked to Sams representatives 3 different times and they still not resolved this matter, I don't want to get it replaced because I don't want to go trough this again

I ordered the white color piece at the end of July 2021. For the price, it seemed like this was one of the best values one could buy. After we set it up, we noticed a gouge in one of the doors. I called customer service and they said they'd send a new one and promised that it would be 'perfect condition'. I have the saved transcript from our chat to prove this was said. The second unit arrived and as we were opening the box and checking for damaged, one of the drawer fronts broke apart as soon as we pulled on it. Back I go to customer service again!!! They again promised to send me a new unit. The unit arrived and was in acceptable condition. I say "acceptable" because a drawer sticks a little and some of the drawers and doors are misaligned slightly. I was not going to ask for a new unit again and we decided to call it the 'charm'. I do recommend this unit as it is functional, looks good from a design standpoint, and provided a good value based on the price. However, my experience was not satisfactory. So, Sam's Club send me a $10 gift card for my experience. Thank you!

Received this cabinet this week. Arrived in perfect condition (box was a bit beat up but inside packaging kept it in one perfect piece). Most assuredly a cream color and not white but I was expecting that from previous reviews. I swapped glass for solid doors and my only con was that the solid inlays do not appear to be wood but MDF. Heavy piece of furniture. Overall for the price, you can't beat it and as some other reviews mentioned, it is a higher quality than what you see in a lot of furniture stores. Go ahead and just buy it!

I had been looking for several months for a larger size TV console and was finally lucky enough to happen across this in my local Sam’s Club. It is exactly what I wanted. It is VERY heavy! It came fully assembled except placing the shelves. The drawers and doors have a soft close feature, and I like that you can choose glass doors or solid wood doors (though I haven’t figured out exactly how to replace the glass yet). This unit offers a stylish storage solution at an affordable price!
