I purchased this item around May 23rd. It was supposed to be delivered Friday June 8th, but there was never a call to set up a time for delivery. I got a text message on Saturday that they would deliver between 8am and 11am, no call no show. I left to do my other obligations, the delivery person called me at 1:30 saying there to deliver, told them to take back to warehouse. Called on Tuesday to set up info was told they will call to make arrangements. No call again. Received text message today saying will be out for delivery between 11 and 3pm, took time off work. When delivery showed up was told can not deliver to INSIDE house, but can leave on sidewalk. I CANNOT move item myself. Refused delivery. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SAM'S CLUB AGAIN!

Great piece of furniture

This console is very well constructed. It has a nice design. The assembly was also very well done. I really like the soft closing draws and doors. Very nice feature. The delivery was professional. ( I wish they had removed the shipping pallet ) Overall, I am very happy with this product.

I ordered the blue console , it arrived about 3 weeks ago and it was broken , has a broken door drawer , a broken door from the bottom and the cardboard on the back of the console is broken in two different places, I have talked to Sams representatives 3 different times and they still not resolved this matter, I don't want to get it replaced because I don't want to go trough this again

I absolutely LOVE this in my dining room. I'm using it as a buffet/sideboard. Stores my crock pots, china, and foodsaver and less-used utensils (in the drawers) to save on counterspace. Fits perfectly with my farmhouse decor. No assembly. There was one small piece of interior trim that came loose inside the middle back section. It was nothing you could see from the outside and nothing a little hot glue couldn't fix.

Pros are that this comes assembled and delivery is free. It is heavy and very well packed. Take care in unwrapping it. the shelves are well packed and strapped on the underside of the unit. Comes with glass doors, the shelves you put in yourself easily. If you chose to change glass..those pieces are included with instructions. I have found furniture made in Vietnam to be well made and sturdy, as this piece is. It comes with a color stick for any knicks on the top piece. I was told Sherwin Williams will match the white or blue if you take a door or whatever to them. comparision shopping of similar items required assembly and had shipping fees. I am sooo happy this item was finally restocked so that we could buy it. ours is blue ... a nice federal blue I would call it ... My husband and I are pleased. We use it as buffet in dining room.

This is a nice solid piece of furniture. It’s not cheaply made. I got the blue and the 2 center doors had minor damage to them, but Sam’s made it right. I have searched hi and low for similar pieces of furniture and you just can’t beat the quality and price on this one.

We waited a year for this cabinet (ordered, order canceled due to being back ordered, etc). Arrived with a hole in the box and back of the cabinet (delivery said it looks like a forklift went right thru it). Waiting for a resolution for this. That said, it's beautiful! We purchased the blue cabinet. The top matches the espresso stained pine furniture we already have. We color matched the blue cabinet at Lowe's (and they did a perfect job). The blue is very dark. Love it!

This cabinet is awesome! It is just what I was looking for in a new entertainment center. It comes assembled, except adding the shelves. That was the first nice surprise. The second was the extra thought put into it by making the back center portion of the cabinet removable by using magnets instead of screws (whodathunkit?). The versatility of the doors is a plus too. I liked that I was able to change out the glass for panels on two and leave two with glass. Be careful when tying it down in your vehicle though. The protective package does not cover the entire top so when my husband tied it down he slightly damaged it. There is a marker provided so we were able to cover it up. I would definitely recommend it as it is a great, sturdy cabinet for the price!

First customer service is a joke I’m tired of dealing with them. I called three separate times on delivery dates. Every time they gave me a date for delivery it was wrong. Finally the console was delivered and it was damaged. Called customer service they stated it would be replaced. The console “they are suppose to be replacing” was charged again on my card . After I asked if my card would be charged
