Beautiful, solid piece of furniture! It was packaged well and we had no issues. Love even more that it was already assembled! Easy pick up and loading process... the sam’s club employees were fantastic!

The tv stand is beautiful but one of the drawers and shelves were broken on arrival. We are having Sam's club exchange it for a new one. Now we are just waiting for our new one to arrive . Hopefully the new one arrives without damage.

Beautiful piece. Blue is darker than it looks online. It is a dark navy blue. Very heavy piece. Came in perfect condition. Delivery was an absolute nightmare!

Multiple broken pieces when un-boxed. The top draw will not slide out. The screws used do not hold the trim pieces. The customer service required to bring back into the store for replacement vs ability to ship a new one and pick up the broken.

I lucked out and was able to purchase this online and have it delivered. It was delivered intact without damage. The piece is very sturdy, easy to set up the shelves. I love it.

I LOVE this! It looks amazing, great quality and perfect for my room. Amazing customer service too, the first one delivered was damaged and Sam's club picked it up and had a replacement to me a week later.

Love TV Console, delivered one week past due date, top was damaged in several places. Item is no longer available. So they want me to return, I want to swap when they are back in stock or adjust price to reflect value

Love the size and the look of the one in the store, but the one i ordered is covered in holes. It took a month longer and several complaints on where my order was so I'm not going to bother with returning it.
