I bought this bed in January, and I am writing this review in April, 3.5 months later. We purchased 2 Twin XL beds, and the value was great for the buy. My bed was comfortable in the beginning, but I experienced hot spots where patches of heat gave me great discomfort. The bed also began to build areas of sinking and would not plump back up like memory foam is supposed to. We also discovered mold growing on the bottoms of both beds for some reason even though we use well ventilated bed frames built for memory foam mattresses. I am going to try and return these mattresses, since I bought 2. I suppose memory foam is quite popular nowadays, but I prefer the traditional spring bed w/ maybe just a memory foam topper if I really even need that. Memory foam attracts too much dirt, moisture, and heat--- and I just need a nice place to sleep every night without worrying about sinking into a fussy mattress. I don't think the great price makes up for the trouble we are having now.

We bought TWO (2) of these beds to replace our 13 and 15 year old daughters' worn out spring mattresses. Of course, when they 1st laid down on the bed, they said it was too stiff. However, after a few night of quality sleep - they are NOT complaining. In fact, they said they liked their new beds... So for the parents of these girls, we give these beds a 5 STAR rating :-)

The mattress was delivered to my house in a fairly small box. It came vacuum packed to take up less space. Once I cut the bag off, it expanded very quickly to its full size, with no bad smell. My 90 lbs son used it one day later and loves it. I have not slept on it but it supports me well and is comfortable.

I ordered two of these mattresses for a daybed and trundle. They do hang over the frames just a little bit, but it isn't a problem. The 8 inch thickness is just right for the trundle..along with a mattress pad, sheets, and blanket..it just does fit under the daybed well. There have been three different guests sleep on the mattresses..all of them really enjoyed their night's sleep! They each comment on how comfortable the mattress is. I slept on it one night to try it out for myself...It IS very comfortable! You kind of sink in to the mattress, yet have full support with no pressure points! Body doesn't hurt! And the memory foam does not make me warm. I love these mattresses and highly recommend them!

Don't do it! It's uncomfortable. Sinks to the bottom after a few months. I've had dorm mattresses more comfortable than this. I'm in constant pain all over my body especially in my shoulders and back. I've had better results from sleeping on the floor. I never sleep deeply and I wake up more tired than when I first lied down. When I lay on it, my body hits the wooden support beams of my bed. I'm too broke to buy a new mattress so for now I'll sleep on the floor for the next few months and if I end up stuck with this mattress--god forbid--I'll take Benadryl and pain killers to make sure I actually get some sleep. This bed is affecting my school life, my sleep, and everything about who I am.

It is hard as other have mentioned, but in less than 2 months there is a noticeable sag where I typically lay. It's like falling into a well worn hole and after only 2 months! The warranty is worthless since if nobody is on the mattress and you lay a straight edge across it, it is not apparent. But lay down and immediately you roll into the "hole". TWO MONTHS, I was hoping for better!

Replaced my teenage daughters standard mattresses with these memory foam mattresses. They arrived well packaged in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased that the beds were packaged in their covers. Very little foam odor and expanded fully within 24 hours. Both girls love the comfort and support this mattress provides. They even provided me with great support when I tried them out! Great alternative to much higher priced standard innerspring mattress. Both in use on mates beds without the need for box springs.

I had been reading the reviews for this mattress as I needed one for a day bed that gets quite a bit of use. I was very nervous about the whole "odor" thing as this is in my grand-children's room. I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the odor so slight it dissipated within a couple of hours. I found the mattress so comfortable that I don't mind anymore having to go to sleep in my grand-kid's room on the daybed when my husband snores. I LOVE this mattress.

My Husband and I have been looking for years for a mattress.I bought two different feather beds.($$$) No luck...Still no sleep... tossed and turned....and I still had back pain. Then we tried memory foam toppers... the 2 inch and 4 inch.($$$) They seemed to be great for a while. But after a few months they both broke down and sunk in like you were sleeping in a hole!! I was desperate! We ALMOST bought one of those $4000 popular beds. I am SO Glad we did not. I ordered this 8 inch instead of the 12 inch because I thought I would not be out as much $ if it broke down . After 6 months I can honestly say this is the best mattress. I have never slept as well as I do now. My husband is snoring within a few minutes after laying down. If you are on the fence please try this mattress BEFORE you spend mega bucks on the other brands.To think before this mattress we spent more on just a topper!! The 8 inch is plenty thick enough.I do not see the need to spend extra for the 12 inch.Also my husband and I are large people to boot.I just hope it keeps holding up. If not I will just order another for the price. To me it is worth it for a GOOD nights sleep. Happy sleeping!!!

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress to help with back pain. He says his is better and mine is the same. Maybe it is time for a chiropractor! This mattress is not as soft as I would have liked and I am thinking of flipping it to the softer foam on the underside. We have had it about a week and a half and the smell has finally dissipated. It was quite strong the first week. This is an incredible deal though and generally a very comfortable mattress.
