Improperly sized. Side cushions are at shoulder height, resting arms on them is beyond uncomfortable. Back cushions are same height, which is easily too low to provide head support. Had the sectional a week and already shows noticable wear. Sitting cushion height is much too tall, feet don't touch the ground and I'm 5'8". Held together by rubber bands. RUBBER BANDS. Didn't include all pieces, waiting weeks to even get them shipped. Not delivered, just shipped. Still no tracking number. Razor blade left in package cut my hand. Terrible product support. Not one single positive thing to say. Couldn't even try it out in the store. Display model is on a shelf, impossible to sit on. Many cushions have loose stitching. Complete garbage.

The couch came in one huge box. It says box 1 of 1 on the box. HOWEVER it was missing all of the back and side cushions and legs. There was not even room in the box for it to fix. Impossible that it came in any box. If you order this couch I believe with my whole heart you will also be missing couch cushions. I contacted support, they have yet sent confirmation they will send the missing pieces. Very sad. Other that half the couch is missing... I really like it. I loved the flood model

Horrible quality. Barely have used this sofa as it is in a second home and ready for the garbage. Fabric has pilled and pillows have no shape and are very uncomfortable. Pillows have flattened out and are very soft, have used this sofa only a handful of times Definitely to do not recommend. Ready for the garbage after only a few uses.

This couch is a great color! It is a mix of white and grey, and have a very comfortable feel. The linen like fabric elevates this from the typical couch, and would be a great addition to a home. The ottoman is great for storage and functional living.

Beautiful modular sofa with a storage ottoman, lovely color and very comfortable l, the texture of the fabric is perfect, the cushions are extra comfy, the dimensions are great, seat perfectly a large group of people! I absolutely love it. The space for storage is a plus to keep blankets or extra stuff.

The quality seems reasonable but does NOT come with back cushions , which all pictures and promotions appeared to feature. I hate misleading advertising! Consumers should not be forced to read cryptic small print to know what they're getting. I thought Sam's was more trustworthy and reputable than that. It's a $700 sofa, maybe $50 ottoman at best.

The couch is beautiful and very comfortable! Moving the box and getting it out is a pain! It’s so heavy so you definitely will need a couple guys to help! The only problem I have with this couch is the pilling! We have only had this for one month and the cushions are starting pill! I wouldn’t say this couch is super pet friendly!

Overall, very happy with this couch. It was affordable compared to other coaches, who looked at for the size. Also, really like that it is modulars. It was very easy to transport into the house once removed from the box. It is very comfortable to lounge on. And the material is easy to clean up, because of course my kids spilled on it the very first day we got it.

This is a comfortable set. The cushions have a great balance between soft and firm. The ottoman has a lot of storage space, which is great. The fabric looks great and has a good texture. However, it does snag if you're wearing anything with embellishments or rhinestones, etc. That's the only downfall. I really like it otherwise.

This is a comfortable sectional that has a storage ottoman that you could comfortably rest your legs on and store blankets, reading material, etc. The lighter color makes it easy to match with your decor of choice. The backing pillows are semi sturdy.
