Seems balanced, but you will become forgetful if taken too often. They say vitamins make you forgetful, which I agree but I need other nutrients like potassium and magnesium which I tend to neglect. I take a tablet every few days to eliminate forgetfulness.

Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is a good substitute for the discontinued Members Mark Mens 50+, which said on the label “Compare to Centrum Silver Mens 50+“. It compared well- - it was the same. But Members Mark was sold in a larger bottle that was more convenient because it lasted nearly an entire year, yet featured Sam’s club favorable Members Mark pricing and, as always, suburb Members Mark top notch quality. So the Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is an excellent product, but it’s not Members Mark.

It's hard to "rate" vitamins. However these were received in a timely manner & good condition. I've been taking them for a long time and they seem to have no adverse effects. I also appreciate Sam's price for them as opposed to pharmacies or grocery stores.
