Pretty good multivitamin. Not too big of a tablet, easy to swallow and no stomach upset. I take it in the morning with breakfast, and it keeps me going through the day

When I first started taking the Centrum, I Noticed a big improvement in my mental functions. I have been using them ever since. I also noticed that I have no gray hair yet which is surprising for my age. I would tell people to Try them, you will like them.

This multi formulation easily replaces 4 vitamins i was taking individually. Easy to swallow and NO nausea when taken on enpty stomach on a busy morning without any breakfast.

These are doing ok, I thought these were the gummies I entered in my search. I like the convenience of popping a couple of gummies and not having to have water. Will be sure to get the right ones when these are gone.

Seems balanced, but you will become forgetful if taken too often. They say vitamins make you forgetful, which I agree but I need other nutrients like potassium and magnesium which I tend to neglect. I take a tablet every few days to eliminate forgetfulness.
