LOVE this Sugar - Great for diabetics

We use coconut sugar as an alternative to white sugar, which I rarely use anymore. I love the taste and am pleased with the added health benefits. I also buy for my mom who takes insulin shots daily. She's now off those artifical sweetners which took some doing (she has a sweet tooth).
