Hard shell luggage by Samsonite. This luggage is a 29" and a 20" carry on. It is expandable on the 29" i would have liked to have seen the 20" to have been expandable as well.

As expected. My husband and I fly at least monthly and these bags are perfect size and wheel easily. We shopped around quite a while and these feel more sturdy compared to many others.

Samsonite never disappoints. The set is lightweight yet sturdy. It also looks sleek and stylish. Look forward to using it soon. It’s too bad Sam’s jacked up the price the day before other colors came in so I only got to buy the blue set. If the price goes back to the same as the blue set, I’ll buy the other colors as well.

They just keep getting thinner. These so called hard shell suitcases are made more flimsy and cheaply every day. These are indeed just that. Thin. Uneasily thin. So much so I'm almost afraid to carry anything in it. Nervous.

I used the large suitcase once and it looks like it’s 10 years old. I know the airlines aren’t careful but I didn’t expect it to scratch and scuff so easily. I love the sizes and the interior but I’m really sad that the exterior isn’t tougher.

Ot cracked after the 2nd trip

Not user friendly. Because you pack both the top and bottom of the suitcase, you need a large surface to lay it out. Luggage racks do not work. The carry on is very shallow and doesn’t hold much. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Would not order again. This is not the first larger object ordered that has come damaged. Initially I thought it was just the box. It was meant to be a Christmas present went to wrap it only to find the larger outer suitcase cracked. Makes me wonder how sturdy the suitcases can be if they can’t make it through shipping w packing protection. When we went to Sam’s to return it they couldn’t “locate” our account with the order in it. Not really all the struggles ones wants to be going through just before Christmas. Never would I order again and the thoughts of having to with with sams on returning items now scares me!!!!

On first trip, one wheel came off each of the large suitcases.

There were obvios scratches after unboxing. Paint finish is a major waekness in this product.
