Super Nice & Sturdy

I have another model of Samsonite suitcases (hardshell) and we absolutely love them. We bought these with the same kind of wear expectations as our other luggage has proven over years of traveling. This model worked and rolled just fine. However, during the first time traveling I noticed the outside of the cases were very badly scratched, much more so than my other Samsonite luggage. So comparing this model to my other Samsonite luggage I feel like this model case should not have taken such bad damage for the amount of money I paid! The case did not crack but the suitcases look like we have had them for years! If you are considering purchasing please be aware they scratch easily.

After less than 1 year and only 3 trips, one of the wheels fell off . I tried to contact Samsonite and of course they do not have a replacement part nor do they have a service repair center in my state. I am halfway into a trip so I am going to have to buy a new bag and throw this one out .
