I really enjoyed the Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake. There were microwave and conventional oven directions. I used the microwave directions and the dish was cooked perfectly following the directions given. There was a nice blend of rice, cheese, broccoli and cauliflower. There were nice bite size chunks of broccoli and cauliflower which I liked.

It is an interesting mixture of vegetables and rice in a rich cheesy sauce. This product heats up easily in its own microwavable container and serves as a quick satisfying side dish. It is visually appealing and is also tasty. However, it is extremely high in calories by itself so for the second batch, I added additional frozen plain vegetables and some spices prior to cooking to make an improved side dish that is more healthy. Overall this product is a convenient frozen side dish that has potential to be awesome with some tweaks.

The plastic was a little challenging to create the vent - once heated it pulled back easier. The dish was colorful, but lacked flavor. We could taste cheese and broccoli but that was the extent of it. I could steam some broccoli and put cheese sauce on it and they would be comparable. It was quite pricey for what it was and I would not purchase this product.

The flavor just wasn't there. Also waiting 40 mins for a side of rice seems a bit extreme.

I was reimbursed for this product in exchange for an honest review. I followed the recommended microwaving instructions to heat it up. The dish itself was colorful, and a nice presentation, however, the flavor was lacking. You could taste the cheddar and broccoli, but for the price and other ingredients I would have purchased frozen broccoli and added cheddar. Considering the price, and no real additional flavor nor additional health benefits, I don't think it's worth it, and I would hesitate to purchase this product again.

This casserole was gummy and not good at all.i was not happy wasting close to $10 buying it because I took maybe two bites and then asked my adult daughter to try it also and she had the same opinion. I ended up throwing all of it away.

The price dropped on this so we gave it a try. Thought because it cost so much it was family sized. Took out of the box and the two containers inside were not even half full. After it cooked down, barely a third filled. Like Michelina's single serving size. As for the taste, it was good. Could probably make 10 times as much for the cost of this.

The flavor was not great. You have to pull back the plastic before heating but it doesn’t tear well so you are just sitting there forever trying to pull all these little pieces off - not fun.
