I really enjoyed the Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake. There were microwave and conventional oven directions. I used the microwave directions and the dish was cooked perfectly following the directions given. There was a nice blend of rice, cheese, broccoli and cauliflower. There were nice bite size chunks of broccoli and cauliflower which I liked.

The Member's Mark Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake was easy to prepare and quite tasty.  Following the cooking instructions on the package, the broccoli was perfectly al dente.  Overall, it had a deliciously cheesy and robust flavor.  I highly recommend this product and will most definitely purchase it again from Sam's Club.

Delicious Side Dish

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review.  My husband and I really enjoyed this. There was 2 packages in the box so we can eat it again. There was real chunks of both broccoli and cauliflower (pretty big ones at that). I would definitely buy this again. I even told my husband I would feel comfortable cooking this and putting it in a pretty dish to take to a gathering and claiming I made it.

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. The cheese sauce in this product was very good. I really enjoyed the combination of rice, cheese and the vegetables. I would have loved to give this product 5 stars but I am confused as to the nutrition facts. I checked the sodium content on the website prior to making this purchase and was shocked at the amount of sodium per serving. Online it says 1520mg sodium per serving! It also says 1 tray is 1 Serving Size. I thought that was a little misleading after I bought the box and brought it home. I checked the Nutrition Facts on the box and it is much different! The box says there is only 380mg sodium per serving and a serving size is 1 cup.  When shopping and ordering online I rely on the posted information to be correct. I hope to see the Nutrition Information corrected.

My family really enjoyed it. It was creamy and good comfort food taste. I would buy it again and I think add extra broccoli to it since it was a little too creamy for my tasting. My husband and son loved it just as it was!

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review.  The broccoli and cauliflower bake comes frozen and is simple to prepare.  It is an interesting mixture of vegetables and rice in a rich cheesy sauce.  This product heats up easily in its own microwavable container and serves as a quick satisfying side dish.  It is visually appealing and is also tasty.  However, it is extremely high in calories by itself so for the second batch, I added additional frozen plain vegetables and some spices prior to cooking to make an improved side dish that is more healthy.  Overall this product is a convenient frozen side dish that has potential to be awesome with some tweaks.

The Cheesy Broccoli & Cauliflower Bake looked very appealing.  The broccoli was a vibrant green and the cauliflower had no brown spots on it.  The instructions were easy to follow and it smelled good as it was cooking.  The only downside to it was that I felt it needed more seasoning--salt and pepper; it tasted a little bland, even with the cheese.

Easy Side Dish

This casserole was gummy and not good at all.i was not happy wasting close to $10 buying it because I took maybe two bites and then asked my adult daughter to try it also and she had the same opinion. I ended up throwing all of it away.

The flavor was not great. You have to pull back the plastic before heating but it doesn’t tear well so you are just sitting there forever trying to pull all these little pieces off - not fun.

BUT...I won't be buying this again. We like broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and rice but there was a weird taste to this dish. Some seasoning maybe? It was almost a chemically taste. Not good...we didn't finish it.
