When looking to upgrade from an older model, I was torn between going medium or a new spring mattress. The hybrid offers the best of both worlds wrapped in Tempur-Pesci' s high quality brand. I can't recommend this model enough to people on the fence between joining the Tempur-pedic family.

Great experience at the Dallas flagship Tempur-Pedic store! Rick Pobanz did a fabulous job helping me to find and select new mattresses. His extensive knowledge of the different mattresses made the difference in being able to find new mattresses. He never applied pressure to make a decision. He asked questions, listened to my feedback and then recommended different mattresses to try. As a result, we have slept better without waking up multiple times during the night due to discomfort. Very grateful for the help and very happy with our new mattresses

The registration requires the serial number. The serial number is not on the bed in any place that is convenient to access. I basically had to disassemble the product rendering the money I paid for delivery and assembly moot. I still don't see it where the chat bot says it should be. Terrible experience so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Tempur-Pedic mattress we have purchased. I bought my first one about 20 years ago and just replaced it. When my son was ready for his "adult" bedroom set we bought him a Tempur-Pedic. We all love them! Delivery ad set-up was definitely white glove.

So my ultimate heaven of a mattress has had a long back story. I started with the cloud - and I liked it ok (definitely is soft) but it was not supportive enough (I have back pain). I returned it online and then bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid from their Tysons Virginia store. It was excruciating to deal with their online support people and when the delivery company finally came (after a lot of back and forth with Tempur customer service) the company told me they have no documentation about needing to pick up the old mattress (after my confirming with the Tempur multiple times) but they were willing to take it away - after giving them an extra $40 on the side! So - the adapt hybrid helped my back but my shoulder started hurting, I wasn't wild about the bounce, but I would have kept it if it wasn't causing pain- I had it for a couple of weeks tried a topper (helped my shoulder but then my back would hurt). Because I had done a return to online and purchase in store, and my family knew of the bed difficulties, I was offered the additional money as a birthday present and bought the Pro-adapt Medium (which felt perfect when I tried it in the store). I started reading these reviews only after ordering and was terrified it would be too hard given all the reviews. But - it came at last yesterday, at first it was ok but a little firm (and very cold) - I sped up the softening by adding an electric blanket for a few hours. And I have to say this bed is THE BOMB. I'm on a tight budget, and I really think Sealy could easily perform some obvious belt tightening (their processes are necessarily cumbersome, outmoded and there seem to be countless people employed who are rather unhelpful (honestly clueless and useless and I don't say this lightly). But after all the frustration, and the insane amount of money they charge (plus the 2xs paying their obnoxious $175) I can say the Pro-Adapt Medium is worth it - it is truly a doughy oasis - no pain at all - perfect softness and yumminess, but also supportive.

I owned a Classic Tempurpedic for 15 years when they only made two styles. It served us well but finally dented to the point that replacement was required. I now sleep alone and weigh 100 pounds so the store's computerized mattress analysis determined I need the softest mattress. Since I live near the coast, it's cold most of the year. I wanted a mattress which retains warmth. I've had the Soft Adapt Queen for three weeks, and it is softening up and adapting to my body temperature and sleep pattern. It's light enough for me to lift the corners and attach fitted sheets. I intend to keep it and hope it becomes even better with use. This model is definitely an upgrade from my old one.

My husband loves it as well. We've been spoiled by Zero Gravity. We were hesitant to get the adjustable base, so glad we did. Worth every penny

We read the reviews and know experience a truly amazing sleep. Our Tempur-pedic mattress is extremely nicer than anything we have slept on. Husband is a touch on the heavier side for 5'10" & I am average sized 5'4" in our 40's. We bought the Pro-Adapt Medium/Hybrid King size & love how we don't feel the other toss/turn or get up at night. The convenience of zip off top cover to keep is hypoallergenic made this an easier decision. We hope this brings us many years of comfort & joy : if you know what I mean.

Love the idea of this mattress but unfortunately I wake up every morning extremely stiff and in pain. When initially looking at mattresses and talking with a sales person, we were recommended the soft mattress due to being a side sleeper/ back sleeper at times. Really wish we didn't take the advice of our sales person & got a firmer mattress. My sleep has been awful since & overall quality of life has declined. And unfortunately are stuck with a mattress that we don't enjoy.

We got the firm split king with adjustable base based on recommendations of back dr and Physical therapist. It felt great in the store ( after hundreds had tried it out) and I was warned it would take some time to break in, so I'm trying to be patient. It is getting better and I have high hopes. The two big problems is the bottom sheet constantly pulling out and never being really tight while sleeping. The second is making the bed! It's near impossible to make it tight . The corners stay put but the middle never stays that way. I added a very good mattress pad and it helps some. I have ordered QuickZip sheets because changing the sheets weekly is just way to difficult as we are older. Hopefully that will make a big difference and waiting for the shipment to arrive. I'm looking forward to the bed getting more comfortable.
