[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had many other mattresses in our 56 years of marriage! This time we decided to go Tempurpedic as we heard they had a hybrid and that they had perfected keeping you cool. To date we are pleased with our purchase. it's worth the extra cost for the hybrid. We purchased the adjustable frame and enjoy the luxury of choices it gives us.

Wife and I were mattress shopping and overwhelmed by the caspers, purple, avocado, zinus (yes these are mattress companies!) we were lucky enough to have a local mattress store that we could try the mattresses in person! We immediately fell in love. I have bad back and shoulder pain and this mattress has really helped a ton. I no longer find myself tossing and turning in the middle of the night. My wife had also noticed the same and really loves the mattress. We both look forward to going to bed now! Too hard to explain in detail but trust me it's worth it!

Took a lot of time deciding on a new mattress as they are not cheap... Spend the money! Tempurpedic is a life saver for me and I will never be able to go back to a regular mattress ever. I adjusted to the difference the first week. I used to wake up through out the night with back pain and arm pain as I am a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable on my old mattress which was a very good quality mattress as well but never could get through the night on it without waking up in pain of some sort... Thinking I am just getting old! Tempurpedic has changed my life.. Seriously. I wake up ready to go and no more aches and pains... Worth every penny!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I had a great experience at Jordan's furniture buying my temperpedic mattress. I purchased the soft option and should have gone a little firmer. But I made the selection, so I have to live with it. It's far superior to my old mattress. I also looked at sleep number bed, but chose temperpedic.

When I first bought this mattress I didn't know what to think as I have never owned or slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress before. Our previous mattress was over 11 years old and was an excellent mattress (Lady Americana). We loved it but of course at 11 years it wasn't as comfortable as before. My wife and I went to a local retailer and tested out multiple Temper-Pedic mattresses and decided on the Pro Adapt Hybrid (Queen) as I am 6'2 and 225 lbs. We also purchased an adjustable ERGO base. This has the Zero G function that relives a lot fo pressure from my wife's back as she has back pain due to an accident and major surgery. The first 3-4 months was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The reason seems to be that the mattress was actually correcting my sleeping position and this caused my lower back to hurt for about 2-3 months intermittently. After that period I sleep like the dead on our mattress, LOL. I will say that sleeping on my back is a little tricky and this mattress doesn't quite support my lower back as much as my old mattress, but I fall asleep on my side and that does the trick. If you are looking for a mattress to sleep on your back and you are over 200lbs, I would recommend the Lux Adapt (Firm), if you can afford it. Its pretty pricey. I have only had the mattress for just under a year so this review is based on that time frame. So far, so good. I would like to give it a few more years and see how well it holds up. Overall it seems like a good purchase and if you can afford it, this mattress seems like a solid purchase, but only time will tell.

Now, I'm really glad I made this kind of investment on my personal health. I work in the medical field and I know all about taking care of your back, and what happens when you don't.

From the very first night I had it I could tell it was going to be wonderful. I've tried other competitors mattresses and was just not satisfied. It adapts to my body and I fall asleep right away. I've had lower back issues and this mattress relieves my back pain. Best mattress I've ever had. I truly recommend it! ❤

While shopping for a new mattress my wife, whom I let guide the tour, settled on this mattress. My first thoughts were that her intent were to first torture and slowly kill me. This mattress is firm ! As I laid upon the "Rock" for the first night I discovered this felt great. The support, comfort and yes the firmness combined to provide what I had been missing all these years. I know longer had to climb out of a hole to change positions and I did not wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty from body heat. Now, did my wife ever say "I told you so" -- Yup she sure has !!! Love her and the mattress.

I am in love with my mattress. It only took one night to get used to it and now I enjoy going to bed again. We had a tempur-pedic mattress for 20 years and it finally began to break down. We purchased another brand because tempur-pedics are so expensive. It was like a nightmare. I began to hate going to bed. We only kept it for under 6 months. Now we are truly sure that tempur-pedic is the mattress for us.
